International Conference

We are working toward active scientific interaction and organizing frequent international conferences in order to accelerate the accumulation of knowledge in this field and to promote the creation of an advanced center for plasma nanotechnology science.

ISPlasma

The ISPlasma is held as part of the Expansion Program of the Second Stage Knowledge Cluster Initiative to establish an Advanced Plasma Nanotechnology Science Research Foundation in the Tokai region. The ISPlasma focuses on advanced plasma science and technology and its applications for nitrides and nanomaterials.
